Refund Policy & Considerations – Important!

Full refunds will be given if cancellation is received up to 5 days before the event. No refunds will be given after that time, except in the case of severe weather events, as determined by the guide.
Please note: scheduled sessions will continue in the event of rain showers, without refunds. Please be prepared with rain gear. As activities are conducted as a group, it is important for participants to be on time. No refunds will be provided for latecomers or non-attendees.

You will receive an email booking confirmation when registration has been successfully completed.

Consideration of the well-being of others is important; please do not attend if you have reason to believe you may be sick or have been in contact with others who may potentially carry COVID-19 or other serious communicable illnesses.
