Forest Bathing with wild-tended tea & refreshments 

The adventure unfolds with a guided 2.5  hour forest bathing experience, through the red doors to the artfully designed trails.  Your certified guide will help lead you in exploring nature’s beauty in a deep, mindful and fun way. As you step away from the outside world, you will be guided to relax, unwind, and de-stress, while interacting with nature and breathing in the forest’s natural essential oils. Wild-tended tea completes the experience of immersing yourself in nature. Please inform us in advance of any allergies we need to be aware of.

This experience is limited to participants age 10 and up, for the relaxation of all.  Cost is $50 per adult; children and youth over age 10: $20

A toilet is located on-site for guest participants.

Please dress comfortably with sturdy footwear.  Insect repellent and a hat is recommended. Should showers be forecasted, please bring a rain jacket or umbrella for your personal use.  Sitting pads and yoga mats are available to borrow.

Participants must sign a liability waiver upon arrival; hazards exist in natural areas.
